Controls how many alert contacts are selected when an incident is triggered. The nearest contact per category is always included regardless of these limits.

Notifications by incident type

Shown to the control room for every alert of that type, wherever it happens, in addition to any area instructions. Leave both boxes empty for types that don't need it.

Emergency numbers (control room)

BASE shows these numbers as the first call for every incident, chosen by the province or region the incident is in (from the reporting region layer below). Tick "Verified" only after the control room has confirmed the numbers; BASE warns while a province is unverified.

Reporting region layer

Each new alert records which area of this layer it happened in (for example, the province), for monthly reports. Load the boundaries as a cached data source first.

Contractor companies are the tenant boundary for trigger-app's driver/convoy_leader self-registration. Each company's join code is shared with its drivers; its own contractor_admin approves and manages its roster.
